Returns: All Intuit products carry a 60 day return policy. You must have this return preauthorized by Quality Consulting and Billing. At the time of preauthorization of your return, you will be given the address for returns. You are reponsible for the return shipping charges plus a 5% restocking fee.
Shipping: Shipping is free and sent second day air. Intuit requests 48 hours of warehouse processing. If you requested a download version of the software, you will receive and email from Intuit with your download instructions and a reinstall CD will be mailed within 2 days of your order.
